This Privacy Policy describes how Fitter ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Fitter mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Fitter:

• Account data: email address and password (stored as a secure hash)
• Profile data: name, age, height, weight, activity level, and nutrition goals you provide
• Food diary data: meals, calories, and macronutrients you log
• Fridge data: products and expiry dates you add
• Body measurements: weight, body fat percentage, and other measurements you record
• Chat history: messages exchanged with the AI assistant
• Health data: daily aggregates you choose to sync from Health Connect; raw sensor records remain on your device
• Prepared dishes: recipes, standalone preparations, remaining portions, reminder settings, and delivery claims
• Optional identities and integrations: Google identity, Telegram ID, and encrypted Home ERP connection credentials when you link them

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Fitter service:

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To generate personalised meal plans and AI responses
• To display your nutrition and body progress history
• To deliver optional reminders through Android or Telegram
• To verify optional Premium entitlement through the payment channel shown at purchase

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. AI Assistant & Third-Party LLM

User-triggered AI features use OpenRouter to access large language models. The text, photo or voice-derived text needed for the request and relevant profile or inventory context may be sent to OpenRouter's API to generate a response. OpenRouter processes this data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. Manual diary features do not require an AI request.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on a secure server in the EU. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and hashed passwords (bcrypt). Access to the database is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Data Retention

We retain active-service data while your account exists. You can delete the account in the Android app or at the self-service deletion page using a confirmation code sent to the verified account email; Telegram is not required. Deletion removes Fitter-owned profile, diary, standalone preparations, health aggregates, chat, sessions and integration credentials from the active database. It does not delete inventory owned by Home ERP and does not automatically refund purchases.

Encrypted disaster-recovery backups are not edited in place. Deleted data may remain in those restricted backups until their ordinary expiry and is not available through the product; a disaster restore must preserve the deletion outcome before normal service resumes.

6. Children's Privacy

Fitter is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Cookies

The Fitter mobile app does not use cookies. The Fitter website (fitter.iavealokin.com) does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
